ARMHS Treatment Director

Ashley received her Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University – Mankato in Family and Consumer Science: Child Development and Family Studies with a minor in Sociology.

Her specialties include working with adults in-home and in the community with a SPMI, Chemical Dependency and TBI disorders on a variety of different coping mechanisms and independent living skills to improve client functioning that has been impaired due to the mental health/CD diagnosis. Ashley has extensive experience providing support and treatment to clients with a variety of different diagnoses, dual diagnoses, and connecting with the client’s entire team for client care coordination.

Ashley uses a client-centered approach to meet client’s where they are at to assist them in creating realistic goals. This is done through educating, coaching, motivational interviewing, and participating alongside them. She assists clients in identifying what barriers are in place that are preventing them from achieving their goals then uses problem-solving skills to best identify what solutions may be available and achievable for the client.

Ashley has Been a part of the Options Family and Behavior Services team for since 2019 and has since grown on our team beginning as a Rehabilitation Worker, to Mental Health Practitioner, and is now serving as our ARMHS Treatment Director.
